This position is for an experienced cook that is looking for an opportunity to grow with Sodexo global food service company at Desales University. The hours for this position will be middle shift hours. All major hollidays you will have off along with having 2 days off a week. The individual is expected to have some culinary experience, be on time and ready to work at the scheduled times, and have great customer service skills. The person in this position will learn all of our made to order stations in our food court along with some prep work and catering functions. Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
